Manual operation
Open the valve: Rotate the handwheel or handle counterclockwise to the maximum opening to fully open the valve
Close the valve: Rotate the handwheel or handle clockwise to close the valve.
matters needing attention:
During operation, the handwheel or handle should be rotated smoothly to avoid rapid acceleration or deceleration, in order to prevent impact and damage to the valve.
Do not use an extended arm wrench to operate, as it may damage the valve.
Pneumatic operation
Open valve: Control the opening and closing of the valve by controlling the opening and closing of the gas source. Specifically, intake air into port A and exhaust air from port B of the pneumatic actuator, push the piston apart, rotate the output shaft counterclockwise, and open the valve.
Close the valve: intake air from port B and exhaust air from port A of the pneumatic actuator, push the piston to close, rotate the output shaft clockwise, and close the valve.
matters needing attention:
The accuracy and stability of control signals are crucial to ensure the normal opening and closing of valves.
During debugging and operation, it is necessary to manually operate the solenoid valve to open and close, observe the opening and closing of the pneumatic butterfly valve, and ensure that the valve opening and closing actions are smooth and there is no leakage when closing.
Avoid excessive mechanical impact and vibration on the valve during use to prevent damage to the sealing surface and transmission components
