Product Introduction
Sanitary Round Pipe Holder
| Product Advantage
1. Hygiene
Food grade materials: 304 or 316L stainless steel is usually used, which meets food grade hygiene standards and will not contaminate food, drugs, or liquids.
Smooth surface: After fine polishing treatment, the surface is smooth without burrs, not easy to breed bacteria, and easy to clean and disinfect.
No dead corners design: Reasonable structural design, no hygiene dead corners, avoiding the accumulation of dirt and microorganisms.
2. Corrosion resistance
Chemical corrosion resistance: Stainless steel material has good corrosion resistance and can resist the erosion of chemicals such as acid, alkali, salt, etc., making it suitable for use in various harsh environments.
High and low temperature resistance: able to maintain stable performance over a wide temperature range, suitable for high or low temperature processes in industries such as food processing and pharmaceuticals.
3. Mechanical properties
High strength: Stainless steel material has high strength and can withstand large pipeline weights and pressures, ensuring the stability of the pipeline system.
Durability: Long service life, almost no need for replacement under normal use conditions, reducing maintenance costs.
| Technical Parameters
| Installation steps
Determine the installation position of the bracket based on the direction of the pipeline and design requirements. The spacing between brackets should be uniform and reasonable to ensure that the weight of the pipeline can be evenly distributed.
Prepare the work surface
The surface of the installation bracket needs to be clean and flat to ensure that it can withstand the load of the bracket.
Fixed bracket
Use appropriate screws, bolts, or other fixing devices to securely install the bracket onto the supporting surface. Ensure that the bracket is securely installed and will not loosen.
Install pipeline
Hang the pipeline on the support to ensure even contact between the pipeline and the support, in order to distribute the load.
Welding and Connection
If welding is used, it is necessary to ensure the welding quality and provide necessary protective treatment to the welding area. For sanitary grade pipelines, attention should be paid to protecting the cleanliness inside the pipes during welding to prevent welding slag from entering.
Special environmental treatment
If the bracket comes into contact with other materials such as carbon steel, insulation treatment is required to avoid electrochemical corrosion.
